Who we are
Quebec Pallets is a referral service. We pass quote requests to partner suppliers in our network, who prepare and fulfil the quotes.
What the form collects
When you request a quote, the form collects:
- your first and last name
- your email address and phone number
- your postal or ZIP code
- the service, pallet grade and quantity you ask about
- anything you write in the message field
We use this information only to prepare your quote and to follow up on your request.
Who receives your request
Your request is stored on the 1DB lead platform and passed to partner suppliers in our network so they can prepare a quote and contact you. These providers may process information outside Quebec. We do not sell your information.
Analytics and cookies
This site uses PostHog analytics, loaded through this site's own domain, to count visits and understand how pages are used. PostHog's servers are in the United States. Visitors whose browser sends a privacy signal, or who are in Europe by timezone, are counted without cookies or storage on their device; for other visitors PostHog may set a first-party analytics cookie. Session recording is off, and the site sets no advertising cookies.
How long we keep it
We keep quote requests only as long as needed to handle them and to keep a record of the request, and then delete them. You can ask us to delete yours sooner.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete the information you sent us, or withdraw your consent to its use. To do so, or for any question about this policy, use the contact form or write to [email protected].
Changes
We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest version.
